Anna is back from her trip visiting her dude, other than the COVID test it went well, we won't mention the cheese smuggling ........... She's walking a thin line! Sara is in a heatwave and doing panic uniform shopping preparing for the kids going back to school. It's a shock to all of us. Parents stay sane.

Sara’s had a little break, she’s well rested after spending time in the garden and some cooking therapy. Anna is another location, again! She’s back in NY in her jet set life, hubby and her are on independent tours for a while. There’s a wee debate on moving house. It's a rocky start and the mics are flying! The girls still claim professionalism. Sara extended her treadmill training to infant level from baby level! Her key to success has been consistency and finding the right time of day. The weather is still freaky and the London tube is flooding. Crazy climate times.

Anna is nearly on her way and making a big move to Toronto and she's no idea how it's going to go, she's in chaos and leaving life to the universe. It is a lesson in patience. She is digging deep with some self-coaching. Sara is recovering from her 2nd vaccine dose and had to take it easy until her new treadmill arrived. She went full pelt into athlete mode, which was a huge mistake, she's there with the latest Netflix offering and running a few times a week. Pace yourself!

A tale of two seasons, Anna is in the amazon and sara is catapulted back to autumn. Anna has breaking news, she is moving back to Toronto, Canada and she's embracing the challenge of moving.
