Sara is feeling zingy today but Anna thinks she's feeling singing ..... it must be a language barrier. Sara is wishing she had a magical fairy's to do the cleaning but instead deploys a new tactic. Anna got into some sticky water while paddling in the wind ....... before she knew it a police cruiser is heading her way with a helicopter in tow to save her. Thankfully she was safe and is here to record the podcast this week. It sounds eventful! Sara was braving the beach and wild winds, looked beautiful with the sand blowing along but less pleasant to walk in.
 
The love desk has a study about male attire and their level of commitment to relationships. Let's find out more ..........
 
The hot topic this week is how not to use children as pawns in your divorce. It is an emotional time and can be difficult to navigate, don't be tough on yourself but start to explore what's happening and why. There are some strong feelings and emotions that play out when it comes to divorce.
 
And finally, the question is ...... "My husband is always borrowing money from me and never paying it back, help!" there is more to this than meets the eye. The paper cuts in life are important.
 
Anna is sharing her wisdom with the world but the reality might be a little different, Sara is evident that being a relationship coach does shine a light on your own relationship, fixing yourself isn't always that easy though.
 
Final thoughts from the girls on boundaries and how to deliver a no may some soften the message when it's your partner and wrap some fluffy cosy socks around it ...... the girls didn't quite reach combat .... over and out, Sara pulls the plug first.

Summer is popping in NY and the New Yorkers are getting naked (well almost). Sara was out for dinner and flashing her white legs without shame. COVID is still rumbling in the background with more devastating news. The girlsls are ready to get back to some naughty behaviour instead of isolating and being a generally good public citizen.
 
Speaking of naughty the love desk is all about naughty this week with 15 signs your partner is having an affair according to a therapist. If you spot any signs don't blame the girls they are only reporting a story. If this is you the advice is to get down and get deep. They are feisty this week.
 
The hot topic is coping with your partner changing (but perhaps it's not an affair), we are not fossils people! Anna's got a vaccine hangover and Sara's got a real hangover but they are on fire. Sara's got the better end of the deal.
 
And finally, the question ..... "Is it okay for my partner to follow other women on social media?" rewind and listen to the hot topic again for the answer .... there are some similarities! Don't fear it .... be empowered and be a badass instead.

Sara’s detox isn’t going so well after a fun weekend of scrummy food. Anna is disturbing the canoodling ducks whilst she was taking a rest from paddle boarding. The question is where they really have an affair ......

Anna has made it back safe and sound to NY, she's treated enough chlamydia in Canada.
 
She had some company on the way back and was listening to Untamed by Glennon Doyle and this has reminded her to be herself and live life for herself.
 
Sara has finished an indulgent week off and needs to detox and slim down. She has definitely been herself and lived for herself!
 
Despite indulging Sara was still on the love desk and shares funny (but not to be recommended) tweets from couples getting their own back on their partner when they were mad. Funny but maybe try some other methods.

Anna has an expectation face as the podcast starts, she is going a little crazy whilst in Toronto away from her dude. Sara loves her start to the week with the podcast recording and she is full of love and gratitude for the listeners and Anna her co-host. They both know how challenging life can be and they can help lift things a little and share some tools that may be of use. Anna is grateful too.
 
Jersey is going well, they've not f'd it up yet and people are now allowed in homes, small gatherings are now allowed, hurray! Gyms are open, time to work off the COVID bulge.
